If on the back of your smartcard there are only 8 digits, then you must append 8 more digits before the number that appears on your smartcard. If you smart card begins with "1000" then add this number before your smartcard number "10001000". For example: if your smartcard number was "10001111" then you would enter into the sign in box "1000100010001111" OR If you smart card begins with "3000" then add this number before your smartcard number "30003000". For example: if your smartcard number was "30001111" then you would enter into the sign in box "3000300030001111"
